1. Go to bed without removing makeup

One of the biggest mistakes women make is going to bed without properly cleaning their face and removing traces of makeup. This clogs your glands and the oil that contains the makeup, makes your pores look bigger.

As we age, collagen levels decrease and the pores become enlarged. In addition, the remains of makeup on your skin, can inflame the skin, which generates free radicals and leads to acne breakouts.

2. Use extra strong cleansers to cleanse your face

People prone to blackheads or oily skin often use exfoliating and drying cleansers. In theory, this seems like a good idea, but in reality it does remove all the good oil you have and reduce the natural protective barrier. This speeds up the production of oil and will increase the outbreaks of fat and pores in your skin.

Solution: Consult with your dermatologist or beautician what is the product that best suits your skin and from time to time changes brand (your skin should not get used to any product)

3. The use of too many products

We all have our own beauty routine, or we try to find it. But it is possible that using too many active products at once, is starting to irritate your skin and this is not good.

4. Use the hand towel for the face

This seemed obvious enough not to put it, until the other day I saw a friend did and I was shocked.

6. Skim in your sleep hours

Solution: You have to sleep between 7 and 9 hours a day, no more and no less.

7. Talk over the phone too

The pressure you make on your face with the phone traps oil and causes acne. I do not mean by this that you can not talk on the phone, but either you put it away from your face or use your hands free.
